
Sheet-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

- 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 12 oz green beans, trimmed
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425°F. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and oil.
- Toss the potatoes with a little oil and salt on a sheet pan; roast 15 minutes.
- Add the chicken skin-up, brushed with half the glaze. Roast 25 minutes.
- Add the green beans around the chicken, brush with the remaining glaze, and roast 10 to 12 minutes more until the skin is lacquered and the chicken reaches 175°F.
- Finish with scallions and sesame seeds.
