Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective September 6, 2026

Trial

Every household starts with a free trial. You're not charged during the trial, and you don't need a card to use it. If you don't subscribe, the household simply can't start new weeks after the trial ends; your data and vote pages stay put.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again. You can resume before that date from the same place.

Refunds

If Agent Chef isn't working out, email support@agentchef.net within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked. Outside that window we don't prorate partial periods, but we'll always refund charges caused by our mistake, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Price changes

If we change prices we'll email you at least 30 days before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
