Claude's scheduled tasks can run "Run Agent Chef." twice a day; the first run asks Claude to set that up and confirm it, so the whole week runs end to end without anyone typing. Works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code.
Questions
How is this different from asking Claude for recipes?
Claude picks the recipes either way. Agent Chef adds what a chat can't: a household that votes from personal links, memory of preferences, favorites and ratings across weeks, a pantry list, and a next_actions tool that tells Claude exactly what's due so nothing is sent twice or forgotten.
Does it work with Claude Code?
Yes. Add https://agentchef.net/mcp as an MCP server, or use the stdio package with an API key: npx -y agent-chef-mcp. The same 37 tools are available.
Is my data used to train anything?
No. Agent Chef stores household data only, shares it with no third parties, and Claude's own data policies apply to what you type in Claude. See the privacy policy.
